Over six weeks, you’ll explore practical tools and strategies for supporting your loved ones, gain emotional insight and resilience in your caregiving role, and experience a sense of community in a compassionate, guided environment.
Led by Stephanie Melanson, this small group offers a safe space to share, learn, and connect with others who understand what it means to care deeply for someone else.
