Counselling is often covered by your insurance policy. Some plans cover 100%, while others cover a portion of your session fee. Please consult your insurance provider to check the details of your coverage. 

We can direct bill most Blue Cross Insurance plans. All other plans will require a receipt for you to submit your claim.

Our therapists are compensated on a per-session basis, and a late cancellation or no-show can result in a significant loss of income for them. To ensure the best possible care for all our clients and to respect our therapists’ time, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of care.

• Late cancellations and no-shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of half the cost of a regular session. No-shows may incur a cancellation fee of the full cost of a regular session. These fees help compensate our therapists for their time and ensure they can continue to provide quality care.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To accommodate last-minute changes that might prevent you from attending your session in person, we offer virtual therapy sessions as an alternative.
