What are your session fees?
Individual Counselling: $130 + HST
Couples/Family Counselling: $140 + HST
Is counselling covered under insurance?
Counselling is often covered by your insurance policy. Some plans cover 100%, while others cover a portion of your session fee. Please consult your insurance provider to check the details of your coverage.
Do you direct bill insurance?
We can direct bill most Blue Cross Insurance plans. All other plans will require a receipt for you to submit your claim.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment with no penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of your session fee is due.
