Insurance often times covers all or most of your session costs.  Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods of payment include credit and debit card.

Session Fees
  • Individual/Child Counselling: $150 per hour
  • Couples/Family Counselling: $170 per hour

Extended Sessions (90 minutes):

  • Individual/Child Counselling: $225
  • Couples/Family Counselling: $255
Insurance Coverage Accepted

Counselling is often covered by your insurance policy. Some plans cover 100%, while others cover a portion of your session fee. Please consult your insurance provider to check the details of your coverage. 

Do you Offer Direct Billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing to various insurance companies. Please reach out to us to verify if your insurance plan is eligible for direct billing. Our team is happy to assist with any questions you may have about coverage and the billing process.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations or rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of care.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of half the cost of a regular session. No shows may incur a cancellation fee of the full cost of a regular session. These fees help compensate our therapists for their time and ensure they can continue to provide quality care.
